Custom Commission Form

Most of the costumes in the cosplay section of the site started as commissions. Also, we have a costume blog which depicts some creations in progress and some customer photos (not all the customer photos are custom). Custom costumes are often not expensive, just a matter of choosing the right materials, accessories and basic starting patterns. Moon Costumes can create recognizable character representations in only a few weeks, but if you have any plastic molded pieces or foam that can add over a month to delivery time.

To do a commission, fill out the following form. This will create a "custom work order" for you, and an account. Don't worry if you don't get everything right the first time, you can edit it later.

Existing users can login to view/edit quotes.

  1. Basic information about this commission. Tell us the date you need it by, and whether you want standard (good, but inexpensive fabrics) or deluxe (high quality materials, silk/linen). We suggest setting the date a week before you absolutely need it, to allow for last minute changes questions, etc.
