It included producer Jerry Bruckheimer accompanied with the directors and stars of his Disney summer films, "The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" (May 28) and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" (July 16). Others in attendance over the weekend included actors Jake Gyllenhaal, Nicolas Cage, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter and Zoe Saldana and filmmakers Christopher Nolan, Mike Newell and Jon Turteltaub.
Hot on the heels of the Hollywood invasion into San Francisco, the stars are going to be out in Chicago too. C2E2, short for the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, is happening April 16 – 18. This con celebrates the latest and greatest from the worlds of comics, movies, television, toys, anime, manga and video games. They promise a show floor packed with hundreds of exhibitors, panels and autograph sessions and screening rooms featuring sneak peeks at films and television shows months before they hit either the big or small screen.
Carrie Fisher, Princess Leia herself, along with Chewbacca’s inner human Peter Mayhew, Darth Maul/Ray Park and others will be appearing and autographing at the Official Pix and Star Wars Celebration booth.
The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is hosting an "Evening with Neil Gaiman" fundraiser. The author of novels, short stories and the Sandman series of graphic novels, his stories have been made into the films Coraline and Stardust.
Emma Caulfield is an actress best known for her role as ex-demon Anya on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but she’s also the co-author of the webcomic Contropussy (like Sex and the City ... with animals.)

Their costume contest may not be exactly cosplay but they invite those who spent all month putting together the perfect costume as well as those who plan to just wrap themselves in a bathrobe and enter as a Jedi.
