Moon Costumes is a family owned business that supplies name brand costumes, wigs, cosplay, and party supplies to the world - all at deeply discounted prices. Prompt service means we ship same or next business day. What you see at our site, is what you get. We check our site daily to make sure that every thing you see is in stock and ready to ship. We use UPS Ground or USPS Priority with confirmation out of North Carolina or California on most items. Cosplay is made to order and shipped direct from our tailors, please expect possible delays. Express delivery is available on most items, which is sent USPS Next Day Air. International orders are sent USPS Air Mail without tracking, unless you choose International Express. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses in shipping caused by postal carriers. If guaranteed delivery is necessary, please order with UPS 2-Day Blue. We send an email when your order ships with a tracking number which you can use to track your package. During Halloween season, it can take 48 hours for an order to ship. Cosplay and tailor-made orders can take up to a week to ship. The fastest way to check the status of your order is to click on the invoice link in the email we sent when you ordered. If you did not receive an email, it was probably because you chose not to supply us with an email at the time you ordered, or that it was filtered into your bulk/spam folder. For the majority of our costumes: Child sizes: Small (2-4); Medium (6-8) and Large (10-12). Adult women's sizes Med/Lrg (8-14), Sml/Med (2-6), X-Small 0-2, Small 4-6, Medium 8-10, Large 12-14. Adult Men's sizes Small 36-38", Medium 40-42", Large 42-44". Ones size fits all costumes are Men 6' 200 lbs, Women size 8-12. With most costumes, it's better to buy larger than smaller. Costumes rarely fight snugly and are usually designed to be tied and cinched as appropriate. Cosplay costumes have their own, separate Sizing Chart Our search system looks in keywords, title and descriptions of the products. All of the words you enter must appear in the product info or the product will not appear in the results ("and-ed"). Although we try to put synonyms in the keywords, you should try a few ways of searching for the same thing to be sure. If you search for something in "quotes" then the portion of your search in quotes must appear in the title of the item - this helps if you're looking for something specific and you get too many results in the search. If you include the keyword "cheap" in your search, yours results won't include a lot of our expensive theatrical equipment, costumes, rental-grade mascots, etc. Search results are limited to a few hundred products. Prompt service means we ship same or next business day most of the year. However there are seasonal delays during peak seasons and especially around Halloween. Please view our Halloween 2007 shipping schedule for more information. During Halloween, we do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only within 14 days. Underwear, boots, shoes and bras are absolutely not returnable. Costumes in the Cosplay category are made to order and are not usually returnable. Used masks and wigs are not returnable due to state health codes. To request an exchange - please fill out our Return Authorization Form. Shipping costs are not refunded and 15% restock fees are applied to calculate exchange value. Please do not call for refunds. We email right back. Costume wigs arrive packed in a polybag, with a cardboard insert. They are usually matted, and need to be brushed before they can be used. You need to use an extremely wide-tooth comb or wig brush to brush them. They are not usable right out of the bag. Costume wigs are not as high quality as salon wigs, which are often prestyled and are shipped in a box to protect the style. Wigs on our site that are over $60 retail are salon-grade. Refunds and Financial Questions If you paid by Paypal, we refund via Paypal, and they are responsible for putting the refund back into your bank accoumt, or on your credit card - however you paid. UPS Ground provides transit time estimate maps. Here are the transit maps for our NC and for our CA warehouse. If you don't know what warehouse your order is shipping form, email us and we'll let you know. For postal, P.O. Box or APO orders, allow an extra day for U.S. Postal service shipping. Moon Costumes does not collect or manage your credit card information. We outsource this job to established and trusted global companies like Google and Paypal, so you don't have to worry.
